Puppy Wellness Exams
All our puppies are seen for their wellness exam by one of our Veterinarians at
7 1/2 weeks of age.
We use two wonderful Veterinary Hospitals to provide all our veterinary exams and care. Below is the exam form that is filled out for each individual puppy by our veterinarian.Â
Please feel free to contact our Veterinary Staff for references if you would like.
A copy of each puppy's vet exam form and vaccine records will be included in your puppy's "Go home packet".
